We apologize for the delay in progress but many of you are aware of the dissatisfaction that was expressed from several homeowners. As a result, the Board of Directors decided to postpone the process necessary to secure a dues increase. We will be having a meeting July 30th, at 6:30 pm at Christ Presbyterian Church to discuss moving forward. If you are interested in attending and continuing to serve on this committee, please join us that evening.
Due to health issues, our Chairman Mark Reichert will be unable to join us. We feel it is important to move forward and will be electing a Co-chairman to work along side Mark and bring this to fruition. Thank you for being a concerned and dedicated member of the KLHOA.
