Below you will find Architectural Control Committee (ACC) documents regarding our neighborhood. When residents want to submit something to the ACC, the actual forms to use are provided below:

- ACC Change Application (PDF) - for everything else: fences, sheds, etc. If you have a Google (gmail) account, please use this Online Form to submit your application. If you do not have a Google (gmail) account, please download the form you intend to submit, fill it out, and email it to: operations@killearnlakeshoa.org.
The remaining documents are the standards for each change/addition residents wish to implement.
The ACC is an all-volunteer committee which meets at 10:00AM on the first and third Thursday of each month. The deadline for submission of requests for an upcoming meeting is the close of business on the Tuesday prior to an ACC meeting. Late requests will be added to the next ACC meeting agenda.
