Dear Killearn Lakes Plantation Property Owner,
We invite you to attend the Annual Meeting on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at Deerlake Church, 8013 Deerlake Road South. The meeting will be sponsored by HARBOR DEVELOPERS and refreshments will be provided. The 2026 Board of Directors will be announced, and any other agenda business will be discussed.
At the close of board nominations, seven nomination forms were received at the HOA office. There are seven seats on the board, therefore, pursuant to our Articles of Incorporation and Chapter 720.306, Fla. Stat., an election is not necessary this year and the following volunteers will commence service on the board following the Annual Meeting:
