The HOA office will be closed from, Wednesday, December 24th through Friday, January 2nd, 2026; to allow our staff and board to spend the holidays with family. Some often asked questions as to who is responsible for various items:
- Noise ordinance: this is addressed to the Leon County non-emergency sheriff’s number [(850) 606-3300]. This also applies to road violations, such as golf carts.
- Deceased animals on roadways: Leon County non-emergency citizens connect [(850)606-1800].
- Streetlight repairs: are Talquin Electric – Bradfordville office [(850)893-6853].
